Scope, Fees, and Deliverables. All consulting engagements include a defined scope, fee structure, deliverable list, and timeline as specified in the applicable engagement letter.
Confidentiality. We treat all client information as strictly confidential and execute mutual NDAs as standard practice. Client identities, proprietary information, strategies, and engagement details are not disclosed without explicit written permission.
4. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
While we apply professional expertise and proven methodologies to deliver measurable improvements, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, cost reduction, satisfaction scores). Results depend on factors including client implementation, internal stakeholder alignment, market conditions, and other variables outside our control.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site
- Our aggregate liability for consulting services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except as otherwise specified in a signed engagement letter
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Platinum Solutions Associates, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
